就掛圖反復操練Where is are…?及表示位置的介詞,也可以補充一些會話。練習Put it/them away.You must look after your things!讓學生兩人一組進行練習直至熟練為止。

Teaching procedures
Step 1 Revision
1. Have a free talk. (According to his or her talk, ask some questions.)
2.復習介詞under,behind,in,on.教師可事先將筆或書放在桌子上,地板上,門后,然后叫一個同學問:Where’s my pen?讓他用疑問句形式Is it on the floor?發問一直到找到為止,讓學生進行連鎖訓練。
Step 2 Presentation
1.復習衣服的名稱sweater, trousers 教新單詞 sock.
2.看掛圖或幻燈片,教師問下面的問題。
What can you see in the picture?
Where’s Jim’s bike?
Where’ re his books?
并解釋句子 What else can you see ? = What other things can you see?
3.與學生一起做書上的'習題。
Step 3 Practice
讓學生就圖片一問一答,盡量將所有的物品都替換一遍。
Step 4 Presentation
l.教師從學生桌上拿一本書或一枝鋼筆問:Is this your book /pen? Put it away, please.教學Put it away , please.用同樣方法教學Put them away , please.(板書)Jim, where are you? I’m in my room. Come out, please. (板書)
2.進行連鎖訓練。(一個問一個)
A: Jim! Where are you?
B: I’m in my room.
A: Come out, please.
B: I’m coming.
A: Is this your sock?
B: Yes, it is.
A: Where’s the other one?
B: I think it s in one of my shoes.
A: Put them away, please. You must look after your things.
B: Thank you. (to C ) Is this your bag? (Are these your pens?)
C: Yes, it is. (Yes, they are.)
Step 5 Read and say
合上書,聽磁帶,第一遍聽,然后問練習冊上練習1的問題。
再打開書,跟讀,檢查答案。
Step 6 Practice
叫幾組同學朗讀對話,然后叫幾組同學到前面表演,也可將sock換成shoe等其他物品來做這個對話。
Step 7 Consolidation
補全下列對話。(幻燈片)
Mother: Jack. Is this shirt _________?
Jack: Oh, yes.
Mother: ________ it away. You must ________ _________ your things.
Jack: But it’s dirty. Could you help me wash it?
Mother: No, _________ it by yourself.
Jack: OK. I’ll do it _________school.
兩人一組進行練習。
