　　老師們，同學們，大家好！

　　隨著科學的發展，人們的生活有著很大的進步，但是，生活中的`那些高科技，也會來我們帶

　　來危害。手機，想必大家的知道。手機給人們的生活帶來了便捷，但是，任何事物都有利有弊，手機給人們帶來的危害甚至超過了吸煙。當人們使用手機時，手機會向發射基站傳送無線電波，而無線電波或多或少地會被人體吸收，這些電波就是手機輻射。

　　一般來說，手機待機時輻射較小，通話時輻射大一些，而在手機號碼已經撥出而尚未接通時，輻射最大，輻射量是待機時的3倍左右。這些輻射有可能改變人體組織，對人體健康造成不利影響。而且，據《東方日報》報道，德國一項研究首次發現，手提電話可能會導致眼癌，因為研究人員發現，常用手提電話的人患上眼癌的機會比其他人多出三倍，這項研究結果倘獲進一步證實，勢必會導致大量索賠訴訟。

　　由手提電話釋放出的輻射，長久以來都被指會暫時改變腦細胞的功能，卻一直無證據顯示這些輻射會長遠地危害人類的健康。

　　不過，今次由德國埃森大學施湯授領導進行的研究卻有驚人發現，他們在調查一種葡萄膜黑素癌的眼癌時，便發現該癌癥與輻射有密切的關系。手機就是一位無形的殺手，在不知不覺中給人們帶來了危害，但現在人們又離不開手機，所以，不要將手機危害置之不理。

　　someone said "we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite". i don't know who wrote these words, but i've always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

　　we are young. "how to spend the youth?" it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask "what do you understand by the word youth?" youth is not a time of life, it's a state of mind. it's not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it's the matter of the will. it's the freshness of the deep spring of life.

　　a poet said "to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i'd like to share it with all of you. let's show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life. what about yours? i wondered whether we could see our future in this way. well, let's make a fist. where is our future? where is our love, career, and life? tell me.yeah, it is in our hands. it is held in ourselves.

　　we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we've learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we've learnt that we can't choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn't mean you don't have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn't mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

　　as what i said at the beginning, "we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite". the past has gone. nothing we do will change it. but the future is in front of us. believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. and from today on, let's be the owners of ourselves, and speak out "we are the world, we are the future."

　　we all knew that, now the world all is suffering the financial crisis, and many factories all already went out of business the bankruptcy, this also meant could have many people to face is coming off sentry duty.

　　perhaps in school we regarding this realized is not very big, however we soon face the graduation, also meant must look for the work.

　　already some people commented: the next several year university graduate, the graduation also on meant unemployment! although i not like this believed, but i still felt we should have one kind of crisis feeling, by faces the worst possible occurrence.

　　therefore, also cannot again continue to waste in the university period time, that already was may not obtain extremely! therefore i hoped schoolmates, all can learn own diligently special course, in order to might find from now on most suits own work.

　　在我開講前，我先問大家幾個問題，你是否經常害怕手機沒電，是否經常有手機鈴聲響了的幻覺，是否每隔一段時間就要刷一下空間和微博，如果是，那我鄭重的宣布：親，你得了一種病，這種病叫“手機控”。

　　在當今這個科技飛速發展的時代，手機的強大功能，給我們的生活帶來了巨大的便利，我們控制著手機，同時也正被手機控制著，不信大家不妨回想一下，如果你出門不帶手機，是不是總覺的心里部踏實，如果你手機沒有信號，是不是急的像熱鍋上的螞蟻一樣，如果你隔一點時間沒有看手機是不是覺的心里很不踏實。低頭玩手機，是“低頭族”最常見的代表動作，無論是路上，公交車上，食堂里，課堂上處處都能看到低著頭神情專注地玩著手機的背影。低頭玩手機是很普遍的現象，很少有人意識到沉迷于方寸間的危害。

　　不說手機輻射對人體的直接傷害，單說手機讓人們的交往隔著屏幕和網絡，看不到人真切的表情，取而代之的是表情符號，人們把太多的情感投入到虛擬的世界，和現實反而有些隔閡，周圍的人好像變得透明一樣，對手機的.依賴使我們忽略了同親人，朋友，同事的交流。手機里眾聲喧嘩和手機外眾生沉默形成鮮明反差，或許誰都會有過因玩手機將別人或被別人晾在一邊的經歷，正所謂：世界上最遠的距離不是生與死，而是我就站在你面前，你卻玩手機。

　　手機控不僅給了不法之徒犯罪的機會，甚至給自己的生命帶來危害。前不久，湖北一名17歲的女子，因邊走路邊玩手機，不慎踩空，

　　跌入十五六米的深坑，不幸身亡。小小的手機卻像惡魔一樣奪走了一個鮮活的生命，實在可悲啊。

　　據統計手機控平均每6.5分鐘就要看一次手機，如果按每天人清醒時間為16個小時來算，那么這些人一天大約要看150次手機，那么你還留下多少時間看你的親人，你的朋友，你的師長呢。在這個物欲橫流的世界，物質的誘惑越來越多，我們這些凡夫俗子難免會對物質的東西所迷戀，然而凡事都要有個度，當你握緊手機的時候，請不要忘記握緊你親人的手，你愛的人的手。當你低頭關心手機的時候，請不要忘記抬頭看看這美好的世界，因為在這個世界當中，有很多美好的東西值得你去關心，值得你去體驗。手機可以玩，但不要被它控制。感受這真實的世界，才能有真實的樂趣，這才是真正的人生。

　　手機，20世紀的產物，全世界最多人使用的`通訊工具，但手機對于我們中學生來說，還不是用手機的時候。

　　第一，很多學生睡覺玩、上課玩，這樣連覺也睡不好，課也聽不上。第二，有些學生用來和女孩子聊天，有什么意圖？這么早就想摘禁果了？第三，有的用來做惡作劇，比如在課堂上放些奇怪的聲音；在宿舍午晚睡放些嚇人的聲音等等。第四，長時間盯著手機屏幕對眼睛不好，會增加近視機率；如果夠幸運還可能會誘發青光眼。第五，手機還對人體有輻射，會造成失眠&&經常長時間貼著耳朵打電話，有可能會造成永久性耳聾。

　　總之，我認為手機的弊大于利！
