尊敬的領導、優秀的伙伴們：

　　早上好，太陽每天都是新的，每天起來給自己一個目標，每天起來給自己一個動力，每天起來給自己一個信心，每天起來給自己一個勇氣，新的一天開始了。非常榮幸能給大家主持這次晨會，首先做一個自我介紹我是來自百利部的牟靜靜，希望大家能夠記住我，在記住我的同時我愿意與大家成為生活當中最知心的朋友以及事業上最愉快的合作伙伴。

　　現在做一個友情提示：請將手機調節至靜音或關閉狀態，如果沒有非常特殊的情況請不要隨意走動，為了他人的身體健康請不要吸煙。

　　我們先進行誦讀公司司訓，我來開個頭。。。。。。

　　請先不要坐下，又到了大家期待的互動時刻了，每次各個業務部主管上臺時，總是帶給我們喜悅與歡樂，現在我們以熱烈的掌聲歡迎各業務部帥哥、美女及精英們為我們帶動輕松時刻。

大家上午好！

　　真誠的友誼來自不斷地自我介紹，在這里我再次把自己介紹給大家，我是專業培訓部的老師袁蓉，很榮幸擔任本次藍鷹課程的主持。接下來進行院長點名（注意眼神交流）。（注意提醒有沒有沒有點到的院長）下面正式開始今天的課程，大家都知道“一年之計在于春，一日之計在于晨”，正是出于此點，我們詩麗堂把晨會定在每天工作的首項，而且從公司成立以來，一直在實行，相信它的重要性大家是認可的，那我們各位院長每天重復這項工作的時候有沒有覺得疲憊呢？想不想讓我們的晨會更有新意、更有實效呢？今天就讓我們共同分享《如何開好晨會》，接下來與我們分享的這位老師當了八年的院長，在她的帶領下，她手下的員工每天都以飽滿的熱情、積極的態度對待每一天的工作，甚至有的員工哪怕今天休假也要求聽完晨會再離開，是什么樣的方法讓她的晨會如此吸引人呢？大家想知道嗎？掌聲有請我們的李莉老師！

　　大家好!我叫xxx(這里寫您自己的名字)。幼年時曾作過許多色彩斑斕的夢，當個xxx是我其中之一的夢想我有一個遠大的理想，那就是我要當一名xxx，所以我還喜歡天藍色和銀白色，它代表著我要飛向天空。我身高xxx,是一個性格內向的人，所以我很喜歡讀書，各種書都喜歡，當然啦，我最喜歡xx，不知道大家是否看過另我喜歡不已的死神，動漫中經典中的經典啊!我盡情遨游在書的海洋中，在這里也希望交到和我擁有同樣愛好的你。

　　有廣泛愛好的我最大的優點是樂于助人，我這個人就是典型的熱腸子，以后你們如果誰有困難，只要我能幫到你們的，盡管說，我一定在所不辭!!古道熱腸來稱呼再合適不過了，我這個人很好相處，你們會慢慢了解我的。呵呵。我呢，最喜歡冬天，沒有什么特別的原因嗎，秋太過于傷感，夏太過于熱情，而春天卻太過于溫和，冬再好不過了，介于四者之間，可以使人冷靜，使人回味。我最喜歡冬天的傲梅，頑強不屈的品質是我學習的目標，我最喜歡雪花的堅持，為達目的地勇往直前。

　　對了，我最喜歡吃的食物是我媽媽做的，她的手藝非常好，做的食物讓我食胃大開，口齒留香，歡迎大家到我加來做客，保證讓家贊不絕口。

　　I came to Los relaxation although only one month, but in this short month, the company made me feel that the work of leadership excellence, continuous innovation, for employees in every possible way for me to join ------Los relaxation is lucky.To become a member of the company, I feel very proud, I believe that pride will make me even more passion into work.
