老師先宣布了游戲規則：全班同學分成2個隊，兩人一組，相對站立，各自把一個塑料瓶夾在兩腿間，兩臂在胸前屈起，手掌向前。發令后雙方跳躍著雙手互推，對方把所夾厚紙落地者為敗者。
