My mother seemed to notice my timidity and kept encouraging me on the side, so I mustered up the courage and worked hard with her to climb towards the mountaintop. The higher you go, the steeper the stone steps become; The higher you go, the fewer iron chains you have. My heart was a bit panicked and my legs were trembling, but I bravely climbed up. Climbing and crawling, we arrived at the "Immortal Bridge", which was built between two high rocks. Whenever someone walked by, the bridge would shake back and forth. Looking down, under the bridge were piles of rocks and the vast sea, which was truly frightening! But I bravely walked over. When my mother and I arrived at the mountaintop and looked back at the road we had taken, I felt so great! There wont be anything else that scares me anymore! I have learned to be brave and strong on Jiuzhang Cliff in Long Island!
In addition, my mother and I also went to the beautiful Crescent Bay and the magnificent Bird Island of Long Island... This was an unforgettable trip in my spare time.
我的課余生活很豐富，就拿上次暑假中的旅游來說吧，那真是一次難忘的旅行。
暑假中，我和媽媽去了長島。長島風光美麗、歷史悠久，素有“海上仙山”之稱，九丈崖、林海公園、月牙灣等景區獨具意蘊，被稱為中國十大最美的海島之一。
我和媽媽首先去了著名的九丈崖，站在山崖下我抬頭仰望，九丈崖就像它的名字一樣好高好高，真是壯觀啊！好像它真的有九丈高，難怪它叫九丈崖呢！我心里猶豫著，這么高我能爬得上去嗎？媽媽好像看出了我的膽怯，在一旁不停地鼓勵我，于是我鼓足勇氣和媽媽奮力向山頂爬去。越往上走，石階越來越陡；越往上走，鐵鏈也越來越少。我的心有些發慌，腿有點發抖，但我還是勇敢地往上爬。爬著爬著，我們來到了“仙人橋”，“仙人橋”架在兩塊高高的巖石間，每當有人走過，橋就會來回搖晃，低頭往下看，橋下是亂石堆和茫茫的大海，真讓人膽戰心驚！但我還是勇敢地走了過去。當我和媽媽來到山頂的時候，回頭望望來時的'路，我覺得自己好偉大！以后再也沒有什么事情讓我害怕了！長島的九丈崖我學會了勇敢和堅強！
此外，我和媽媽還去了長島美麗的月牙灣、壯觀的萬鳥島……這就是我課余生活中的一次難忘的旅行。
